Worth having to hand when you ring
- Model and serial number — inside the fresh-food door, on the upper frame
- What the cabinet is holding right now, and what the panel says it is holding
- When it changed, and anything that changed with it
- Whether the unit is integrated, and whether there is clearance to pull it out
None of it is essential. It just means the van arrives with the likely parts on board instead of coming back for them.
